Your tasks:

Understanding our products, services and sales processes and acquiring comprehensive knowledge of them Complete qualified and varied training modules of the Mercedes-Benz sales training program and familiarize yourself with the necessary technical and methodological skills of the sales profession Use your acquired knowledge to provide qualified advice to customers and inspire them for Mercedes-Benz Gain sales practice for your target position in sales

At the end of the qualification, you will take an examination to become a certified automobile salesperson (f/m/d).


The position is full-time (.0 hours) and limited to months, but we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.

Qualifikationen Completed technical or commercial vocational training or a comparable degree Enjoy working with customers, have a winning manner and work independently Market and product knowledge in the automotive sector as well as an open-minded approach to current trends and developments High motivation to learn and the desire to develop personally and professionally A valid driving license
