WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN Anwendung von Best-Practice-Planungstechniken zur Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Verwaltung von Zeitplänen, sowie Anleitung und Schulung anderer Nutzer Sicherstellung der Entwicklung eines Projektzeitplans zum Generieren und Verwalten von Standard-KPIs (z. B. Earned Value) Erstellung genauer und zeitnaher Berichte über den Zeitplan, mit Schwerpunkt auf der Überwachung und Berichterstattung des monatlichen Projektstatus Verstehen, Analysieren und Berichten über den Projekt- und Zeitplanfortschritt Entwicklung und Anwendung von Zeitplanprozessen als Teil der allgemeinen Projektplanungs- und -steuerungsprozesse Unterstützung von Ad-hoc Anforderungen und -Leistungen des Projektmanagements Teilnahme an Projektworkshops zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung und des Managements des Projektzeitplans Unterstützung bei der Analyse der Auswirkungen von potenziellen Risiken und Problemen WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Scheduling / Projektplanung Erfahrung im Bereich Risk Management und Project Controls Gute Kenntnisse im Projekt-/ Schedule- & Earned Value Management Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen WAS WIR IHNEN BIETENAn unserem Standort in Kassel bieten wir Ihnen:
