Your tasks

Technical and disciplinary management of the laboratory team Ensuring employee development (incl. personnel and material resource planning) Coordination of all internal and external product-related tests in the quality area of responsibility Physical, chemical and microbiological tests, including documentation and evaluation of results Responsibility for test methods and calibration of test equipment in the quality laboratory, incl. creation of work instructions and maintenance of laboratory equipment Responsible for the implementation of internal and external requirements in the Q-laboratory area of responsibility (including ISO standards, NQMS and internal instructions) Supporting the quality management with topics relevant to occupational safety (e.g. risk assessments) as well as preparing and participating in internal and external audits Project support for various areas with regard to quality control

Your profile

Completed scientific studies in chemistry, biology or food, comparable training as a technician in the food sector with professional experience Professional experience in the food sector Disciplinary management experience Ideally also some experience in compliance management and SAP master data maintenance, etc. Fluent written and spoken German and English
