Deine Herausforderungen

Gemeinsam mit deinem Projektteam baust du entweder vom Scratch auf individuelle Anwendungen oder hilfst Kunden dabei, Landschaften sinnvoll zu modernisieren. Du arbeitest dabei immer mit den verschiedensten modernen Technologien und bist auch dafür verantwortlich, in Absprache mit dem Team, diese einzuführen. Dabei bist du stets auch Mentor und hilfst den Kolleg:innen, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln. 

Was dich erwartet
  • Du kommst intern in ein selbstorganisiertes Team von Frontend Engineers, welche sich in ihren verschiedenen Kundenprojekten unterstützen und dabei engen Kontakt zu den Mobile- & UX-Teams haben
  • Du arbeitest an individuellen Softwarelösungen speziell für den Anwendungsfall des Projektes
  • Du bist aktiver Bestandteil der Zusammenarbeit und teilst dein Wissen gerne mit den Kolleg:innen
  • Im Kundenprojekt erwartet dich ein cross-funktionales Entwicklungsteam, welches sich technisch um die gesamte Anwendung kümmert
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit der Entwicklung von komplexen Frontend-Applikationen (bevorzugt Angluar / React)
  • Du bringst Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Cloud Native Anwendungen mit
  • Du legst Wert auf Softwarequalität und Tests gehören für dich zur Codebase
  • Du bringst zusätzlich noch Erfahrungen in UX/UI und dem gesamten JS-Ökosystem mit (wie z.B. CI/CD, Bundling, Tooling etc.)
  • Du teilst dein Wissen gerne mit Anderen, z.B. über Blogposts oder Vorträge (intern oder auch öffentlich)
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig im Projekt und gerne im Team, bringst ein agiles Mindset und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit
