Aufgabenprofil:

Es ist eine Stelle für einen Product Manager (d/f/m) für Compliance-Lösungen zu besetzen. DerKandidat wird in die Product Service Line für Compliance-Lösungen im Bereich End-to-EndEngineering/PLM aufgenommen. Dieser Bereich trägt zur allgemeinen Einhaltung von Vorschriften bei,indem er eine technologische Antwort auf die Einhaltung der Bedürfnisse und die Entwicklungregulatorischer Anforderungen bietet.

Der/Die Stelleninhaber/in ist als Product Manager (d/f/m) tätig (auch in Teilzeit möglich). DasAufgabengebiet gliedert sich im Detail wie folgt:

Verantwortlich für die pünktliche und qualitativ hochwertige Lieferung von Compliance-Produktenund -Dienstleistungen. Es umfasst das License Management Repository und Tangible CheckEngines Entwickeln, implementieren und pflegen der Betriebsdokumente, Richtlinien,Verfahren, Dokumentationen, KPIs und SLAs für Sicherheitsbetriebsprodukte und -dienste Entwickeln, implementieren und pflegen der Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung desServiceniveaus basierend auf Kundenfeedback Überwachen der KPIs und SLAs und einleiten von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen Zentraler Ansprechpartner für IM-Projektteams, um eine reibungslose Einführung der Produkte imPSL sicherzustellenVerantwortlich für die proaktive Bewältigung von Geschäftseskalationen unddas Krisenmanagement Verantwortlich für das Management der IM-Stakeholder, um die Ergebnisse auf den maximalenGeschäftswert abzustimmen, indem Einblicke in die Geschäftsprioritätengeboten werden

Persönliche Anforderungen:

Teamplayer Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in internationalen Teams an verschiedenen Standorten Proaktiv Gute Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen Problemlösende Einstellung und den Wunsch nach ständiger Verbesserung, selbst unter Druck und ineinem komplexen, stark regulierten Umfeld

Studium:

Informatik mind. Bachelor-Studiengang

Berufserfahrung:

IT / Informationssysteme mind. über 3 Jahre Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich IM (Information Management und IM Project/ProductManagment Erfahrung mit Compliance-Prozessen und -Vorschriften (Exportkontrolle) Erfahrung im Kundenbeziehungsmanagement inkl. Anforderungsprofil

IT:

MS-Office mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen Gute Kenntnisse der IT-Grundlagen wie Infrastrukturen und Architekturen Erfahrung mit agilen Prozessen (inkl. SAFE), Erfahrung im Backlog Management

Sprachkenntnisse:

Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher Französisch-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
