Qualifications:

• Great English level, with fluent speaking.
• VALID VISA and PASSPORT (Indispensable).
• 1-2 years of customer service-sales teams leading experience.
• Shift and commute availability to the office is indispensable (100% face-to-face work in TORREON, COAH.). (Indispensable)
• Tech savvy. (Ease to use computer and learn new systems).
• Positive attitude, confidence in yourself and humbleness.
• Ability to have and maintain conversations, as well as dealing with rejections.
• Willingness to learn, work, and embrace and drive change.
• Transparent communication - to be able to talk about what is happening and how it is happening.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platform. (Great-to-have)
  

Day-to-day challenges:

• Demonstrate passion for teaching and providing training, motivation, and coaching to help others learn and develop.
• Provide, monitor and track training and performance of team members,
• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality training content delivery and training support.
• Evaluate, prepare, and deliver employee performance evaluations.
• Stay current on sales training best practices and Move Concierge product and process knowledge to incorporate information.
• Develop and execute one-on-one and group coaching and role-play sessions to develop skills and drive productivity improvement, covering topics such as software use, interpersonal skills, quality and process issues, and product knowledge.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
