Topic: "Development of a method for the calculation of delaminations in fibre composite structures"

Literature research regarding the influence of circular delaminations on the mesh Comparison of structured/non-structured mesh calculations Creation of a tool for structured mesh generation in ABAQUS Application of the calculation method at component level Documentation of the results

Your Qualifications

Enrolled student in the Master's programme: Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable Knowledge of technical calculation and composite materials Initial experience in working with FEM ( Abaqus) First programming experience with Python (desirable) Independent, structured and goal-orientated way of working
