Designer special machines

• Independently developing and editing technical concepts, 3D-models, manufacturing-ready drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and layouts
• Experience with pneumatic or hydraulic controls
• Creating technical documentation and risk assessments
• Component selection considering specifications
• Drafting request specifications and vendor selection
• Holding design meetings with clients and sales
• Coordination with electrical design, work preparation and procurement
• Contributing to product development
• Project support until final acceptance

• Several years of professional experience as a Design Engineer in special purpose machinery or automation technology
• Proficiency in 3D-CAD (e.g., Solid Edge) and ERP/PDM
• Strong interpretation and calculation skills for machine components
• Performance and commitment
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach, with good communication and teamwork skills
• MS Office proficiency
• German and good English skills
