Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

:

Als Manager Internal Control (w/m/d) können Sie Ihre Erfahrungen vom ersten Tag an in die Ausrichtung und Gestaltung des Bereichs mit einbringen. Im Einzelnen sind Sie verantwortlich für 

Durchführung des Konzernkontrollplans und anderer von der französischen Muttergesellschaft vorgegebenen Internal Control-Aktivitäten sowie (Mit-)Gestaltung des länderspezifischen Kontrollplans auf Basis identifizierter Risiken, Kontrollmängel oder regulatorischer Anforderungen Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems durch Überwachung bestehender und Implementierung neuer Kontrollmechanismen, Verfahren und Berichterstattungsinstrumente Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der eigenen Prüfmethoden und -werkzeuge, aktive Gestaltung und -verbesserung kritischer Finanzprozesse Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Finanzbereichen, Buchhaltungsexpert*innen und dem ERP-Team sowie der Abteilung Compliance zu Richtlinien und Antikorruptionsmaßnahmen Sensibilisierung der Organisation für Betrugsrisiken; Erfassen, Melden und Nachverfolgen von Betrugsvorfällen sowie Unterstützung bei deren Aufklärung und Identifikation geeigneter Präventionsmaßnahmen Erstellen von Berichten an die Geschäftsführung Deutschland sowie an den Vorstand des Gesellschafters in Paris (Transdev Group) Enge Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen auf Gruppenebene und weltweit.

Hiermit bewegen Sie uns - Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung, Innenrevision oder bei der Gestaltung Interner Kontrollsysteme im Finanzbereich, oder langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/ Rechnungswesen mit Verständnis von Finanzprozessen Kaufmännisches Verständnis, Kenntnisse in der Prozessanalyse und -optimierung sowie Finanzdatenanalysen; Erfahrung mit D365 als ERP-System von Vorteil Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitig hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Sorgfalt Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Branchenerfahrung von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
