Export Manager - Sales & Support Administration (m/f/x)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shipment of international orders, rental and demo equipment incl. tracking
• Organization of forwarding collections
• Preparation of shipping and export documents such as carnets, proformas, confirmations of arrival, Intrastat declarations, customs documents
• International order processing (creation of order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices)
• Follow-up of orders and status updates to the customer
• Checking of incoming payments and timely dispatch of goods
• Interface function between the sales, purchasing, production and logistics departments
• Maintenance of master data

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in similar position (Especially export / customs)
• ERP knowledge
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluent in German and English – every additional langue is a benefit
