Für unsere Kunden ist Capmo mehr als nur eine Software. Für sie ist es der erste Schritt in Richtung digitales Arbeiten. Im Professional Services Team steht daher eine gute und reibungslose Produktimplementierung an erster Stelle, um unsere Kunden nachhaltig auf dem Weg zur Digitalisierung zu begleiten. Du möchtest von Anfang an Verantwortung übernehmen, selbst mit anpacken und dabei viel lernen? Dann suchen wir genau nach dir als Werkstudent Professional Services (all genders).

Diese Herausforderungen warten auf dich:

  • Du hältst Produktimplementierungssessions für unsere Kleinkunden, in denen du ihnen die Funktionen unseres Produkts vorstellst und sie in ihren ersten Wochen mit Capmo begleitest
  • Du verantwortest den Prozess rund um die Implementierungssessions bei unseren Kleinkunden - Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung
  • Du bringst dich aktiv mit ein, um den Implementierungsprozess effizienter zu gestalten ohne das Kundenwohl aus dem Auge zu verlieren
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinen Kollegen aus dem Produktmanagement, Customer Success Management und Sales zusammen, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und Produkt-Feedback zu sammeln
  • Die Baubranche fasziniert dich und du hast Lust, dich mehr mit ihr auseinanderzusetzen
  • Durch deine empathische und gewissenhafte Art erleben unsere Kunden die perfekte Customer-Experience - egal ob sie schon lange mit Capmo arbeiten oder gerade die ersten Schritte mit uns gehen

Das bringst du mit

  • Du befindest dich gerade mitten in deinem Bachelor Studium (4. Semester) oder im Masterstudium
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt gesammelt
  • Du scheust im Kontakt mit Kunden nicht zurück und hast das Talent, Rückfragen und Probleme zügig, einfühlsam und mit einem Lächeln in der Stimme zu beantworten
  • Du bist software-affin und durch deine lösungsorientierte und flexible Art ein*e kompetente*r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Bestandskunden
  • Du bringst eine hohe Selbstmotivation mit
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind für dich selbstverständlich und du verlierst auch in Stresssituationen nicht den Überblick
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
