Wer sind wir?

Unser dynamisches RSSC Customs DACH-Team besteht derzeit aus 10 engagierten Mitarbeitenden, agiert als Service Abteilung für all unsere Niederlassungen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz. Als zentrale Stabsstelle der Geschäftsleitung sorgen wir für die Einhaltung aller zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlichen Anforderungen und setzen Vorgaben unseres Headquarters in Dänemark um. 

Was machen wir?

Wir führen diverse Maßnahmen durch, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Zollabfertigung zu gewährleisten. Zu unseren Aufgaben gehört unter anderem:

Erstellung und Monitoring der KPI-Daten Beantragung & Überwachung von zollrechtlichen Bewilligungen  interne Zoll- und AEO-Audits  Gestaltung und Durchführung des Schulungskonzeptes fachlichen Support für unsere operativen Kollegen

Zusätzlich arbeiten wir eng mit den Softwareprovidern unserer Zoll-Software zusammen und agieren in diesen als Systemadministratoren. Dadurch obliegt uns die Koordination von Updates und Testphasen, sowie die Optimierung der zollrelevanten Prozesse. 
Zudem unterstützen wir unsere operativen Niederlassungen bei Zoll-Projekten mit unseren Kunden.

Deine Tätigkeiten

Beantragung und Überwachung aller zollrechtlichen Bewilligungen Bearbeitung der operativen Anfragen aller Niederlassungen und Stakeholder Durchführung von internen AEO-Audits in DE, AT und CH Unterstützung im Tender Management Auswertung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) und Durchführung von Maßnahmen Organisation, Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen als auch externen Audits/Prozessaudits und Zollprüfungen Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Zollsoftware Entwicklung und Durchführung des Schulungskonzepts (Frontalschulungen & Webinare) Self-Assessment (KPI-Daten) Erstellen, aktualisieren und kommunizieren von Mitarbeiterinformationen und Arbeitsanweisungen Beratung und Unterstützung der Niederlassungen bei zollrechtlichen Fragestellungen Dokumentation und Archivierung von zollrelevanten Dokumenten Begleitung von internen und kundenspezifischen Zollprojekten Customs Claim Management (Nichteinhaltung von Bewilligungsauflagen)

Dein Profil

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Kauffrau/zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder ähnliche Qualifikationen Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Zollbereich und in der Zollabfertigung  Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie problemlösungsorientiertes Denken Kommunikationsstärke sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (besonders in Excel) Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Eigenständiges arbeiten  Reisebereitschaft ist erwünscht
