Deine Chance:• Implementierung des bereits vorhandenen Risk-Management-Konzepts bei Neu- und Bestandskunden
• Analyse von identifizierten Risikopotentialen sowie Entwicklung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur nachhaltigen Reduktion von Unfällen und Schäden
• Dauerhafte Begleitung von Prozessoptimierungen bei unseren Bestandskunden
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Quartals- und Analysegesprächen
• Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements
• Erkennen und Verstehen der Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden
• Ausbildung in der Logistik -und Transportbranche – idealerweise als Logistikmeister (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Fuhrparkmanagement
• Langjährige Berufspraxis im Bereich Logistik auf mindestens mittelständischem Niveau, insbesondere im Bereich Stückgut
• Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der Verkehrshaftungs- und KFZ-Versicherung von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket
• Persönliches Engagement, Eigeninitiative und Gewissenhaftigkeit in Verbindung mit einer hohen Kundenorientierung, auch auf Geschäftsführerebene
