Als Brand Activation Specialist in Teilzeit bist du verantwortlich für die Aktivierung von In-Store-Marketingmaßnahmen in der DACH-Region und arbeitest dabei eng mit Stakeholdern der verschiedensten Abteilungen zusammen. Du analysierst das Kundenverhalten und setzt diese Erkenntnisse in DACH ein, um unsere Kundenbindung zu stärken und die Marke zu fördern. In dieser Rolle betreust du alle Aktivierungen, einschließlich In-Store-Kommunikation und Sonderprojekte im Retail.

Die ausgeschriebene Stelle hat einen Beschäftigungsumfang von 25h/Woche. Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 4 Tage pro Woche mit jeweils 6 Stunden, nach Absprache.

  • Verantwortung für die lokale In-Store-Kommunikation in allen Stores sowie für den Aufbau einer Wellbeing-Community in der DACH-Region
  • Maximierung der kommerziellen Wirkung durch Optimierung des lokalen Marketingkalenders, Einsatz verschiedener Programme und Tools in Einzelhandels- und Omnichannel-Kanälen zur Steigerung der Bekanntheit, Erhöhung der Kundenfrequenz sowie Förderung von Cross- und Upselling
  • Verantwortlichkeit und Umsetzung von Markenaktivierungen für alle Marktphasen, Feierlichkeiten und Sonderanfragen
  • Nutzung und Optimierung lokaler Aktivierungstools zur Erhöhung des Store-Traffics

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor-Abschluss und mindestens 4 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer marketingbezogenen Position, das Arbeiten innerhalb einer Matrix-Organisation ist von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verlässliche, ergebnisorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einer resilienten, flexiblen, und lösungsorientierten  Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Präsentations-, Projektmanagement und Stakeholdermanagement-Fähigkeiten sowie tiefes Verständnis für Zielgruppen
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich und schriftlich) in Deutsch und Englisch, ein Auge für Details sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marken und Trends
