Together with the Talent Acquisition Team you inspire candidates for the Exyte Continental Europe (Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Italy and Poland).

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Active sourcing for national and international candidates in various networks Building and maintaining a strong network of passive and active candidates Conducting prescreening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and suitability Close coopoeration with the Talent Acquisition team to implement the sourcing strategy Conduct market research and analyze information on industry trends, market conditions and competitors to develop appropriate sourcing strategies

Show your expertise

A successfully completed degree or commercial apprenticeship At least three - five years of professional experience in the field of recruiting Knowledge of trends in the recruiting market Passion for recruiting and a certain hands-on mentality Experience with MS Office, MS Teams and ideally also with SAP Success Factors Business fluent communication in German and English Team spirit and a positive attitude
