Description

You act independently as Finance Business Partner for the Operations division (production, maintenance, supply chain, HSE/engineering) and advise management on all business management issues

By analyzing meaningful KPIs, you will manage the operational business together with the division and ensure cost transparency

You carry out continuous deviation analyses based on the targets, derive recommendations for action and coordinate implementation with the business partners

Responsibilities

Monitoring and analysis of the relevant cost centers at the Frankfurt location

Identification of measures in the event of critical plan/actual deviations

Process owner for the operational budget process in Operations in close coordination with the CFO and head office

Support in the timely preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and the annual financial statements

You support the management in investment decisions

You will work on the further development of IT systems for the digital support of controlling (SAP BW, PowerBI)

Active support in projects for the transformation and further development of the site

Requirements & Qualifications

Completed (technical) university degree with a focus on business administration/accounting/industrial engineering or comparable subjects

Several years of professional experience in (operational) controlling in an industrial production company

Sound knowledge of cost/performance accounting in SAP, planning and budgeting

Good knowledge of German and English

Independence, willingness to learn and high level of commitment

Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and assertiveness

You have a strong customer focus and a pronounced entrepreneurial mindset and approach
