Aufgaben
- Betreuung der Fahrer und Abgangshäuser
- Kompetente Ansprechperson für unsere Kundschaft und Partner
- Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit unseren operativen Abteilungen
- Selbständige Bearbeitung aller eigehenden Anfragen, Beanstandungen und Differenzen
- Gewährleistung eines fehlerfreien Sendungsverlaufes
- Kundschaftskontakt via Reklamationsmanagementsoftware, telefonisch bzw. E- Mail
- Proaktive Mitwirkung bei Fehleranalyse und Prozessverbesserung
- Tägliche Bearbeitung von Inventurlisten
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, alternativ eine kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice, idealerweise in der Logistikbranche
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (Level C) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (Level B) in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Ausdrucksweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Teamplayer und Hands-On-Mentalität
- Selbstständige, zielorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
