Job description

Translating the national brand and away-from-home strategy at customer level by means of the growth pillars range such as product listings, promotions, trade fairs, etc. Establishment of strong commercial relationships with (regional) OOH trade partners (e.g. Intergast, Edeka FS, office supply channel) Development of targeted, customer-related plans to achieve joint commercial objectives Steer the annual negotiations with (regional) customers Building conceptual OOH related trade selling stories on our Lotus Biscoff & Natural Foods portfolio Building and maintaining an effective network within the OOH market and acting as brand ambassador at customers, events, fairs, etc. Analyzing and translating relevant OOH market data Close collaboration with Marketing/Category Management to jointly develop and implement key levers that enable to grow the business Monitoring and management of all administrative, logistical or financial tasks encountered by customers in close consultation with the Key Account Assistant and other departments Building sustainable contacts with the customers, strong analytical skills, pro-active thinking and acting, in combination with a hands-on mentality and a team player profile are essential to the success of this position. The (Junior) Key Account Manager Foodservice role is based in Düsseldorf and reports to the Channel Manager OOH.

Profile

University degree (Master/Bachelor) in economics or equivalent FMCG experience is a must First knowledge of the German Out of Home market structure Experience in sales process dynamics (interrelations head office vs regions) Distinctive communication and negotiation capability Excellence in execution Good conceptual and analytical skills Affinity with numbers Enthusiasm and ability to take others on a joint journey Fluent in written and spoken German, good understanding of English (written and spoken)
