- Du hinterfragst Strukturen und berätst unsere Demand-Owner hinsichtlich ihrer Verträge
- Durch aktives Managen behältst du Fristen im Blick und sorgst für Effizienzsteigerung
- Du hilfst beim Assetmanagement unserer Facilities, also unserer deutschlandweiten Gesundheitszentren
- Du unterstützt bei der Administration unserer Liegenschaften
- Du hilfst bei der Suche neuer Standorte sowie dem Schließen neuer und dem Auflösen bestehender Mietverhältnisse
- Du unterstützt bei Bedarf deine Kolleg/innen in Procurement, RealEstate und Mobility Management
- Du entwickelst Standards gemeinsam mit unseren Gesundhütern und setzt sie um
- Du hilfst uns den standortübergreifenden Betrieb weiter zu professionalisieren und baust die Strukturen dahingehend Schritt für Schritt mit auf
- Du bist „hands-on“, willst etwas bewegen und wirksam sein
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine Qualifikation zum Immobilien-/ Facility-Fachwirt bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen im relevanten Bereich
- Du bist gerne unterwegs, denn du wirst gelegentlich zu unseren Standorten reisen
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, idealerweise in einer Planungssoftware
- Du kommunizierst gerne und gut, bist ein Teamplayer, kannst aber auch eigenständig agieren
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest und lachst gerne ;)
