Mit über 350 Maklern an mehr als 30 Standorten deutschlandweit und einem 250-köpfigen Expertenteam in unserer Berliner Zentrale, setzen wir neue Standards bei der Immobilienvermittlung. Wir vereinen lokale Makler-Expertise und langjährige Erfahrung mit einem automatisierten, digitalisierten Verkaufsprozess und machen damit Immobilientransaktionen noch einfacher, bequemer und transparenter. Dabei bieten wir unseren Kunden alle wichtigen Services rund um Immobilien: von der Suche nach der Traumimmobilie über die passende Finanzierung bis hin zur Energieberatung.
Als Teil unseres McMakler Investment - Teams übernimmst du maßgebliche Verantwortung für Transaktionen wohnwirtschaftlicher und gewerblicher Immobilien zur Kapitalanlage. Werde auch du Teil von McMakler und sei live dabei, wenn wir gemeinsam Erfolge feiern und unsere Vision verwirklichen.

Was wir erwarten:
- Studium: Du hast ein überdurchschnittlich gut abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Immobilienwirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Accounting, Finance oder Investment
- Erfahrung: Bestenfalls hast Du bereits im Real Estate Bereich gearbeitet
- Koordination der spezialisierten Teams in den Phasen Exposé- und Datenraum-Erstellung sowie Interessenten-Kommunikation
- Kommunikation: Über den gesamten Prozess hinweg arbeitest Du in enger Absprache mit dem beteiligten Makler vor Ort (“Deal Team”)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Auftreten: Du bestichst durch ein starkes Empathievermögen, ein selbstbewusstes und professionelles Auftreten und überzeugende kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Engagement: Du zeigst ein sehr hohes Maß an Teamgeist und bist bereit, wenn nötig, die Extra-Meile zu gehen
- Du übernimmst als Verantwortlicher die Immobilienbewertung und definierst die Verkaufsstrategie und Kaufverhandlungen
