MVPF VS is seeking a Business Co-Founder (f/m/x) to build a venture in the Logistic Gen-AI sector. As the Business Co-Founder, you'll have the opportunity to shape and redesign the Repairs industry. Together with your team, you will develop a solution which aims to revolutionize repair management by integrating generative AI.
In the role you will...- In the first 2-3 months you will work with our Venture Partners together as a “Founder in Residence” on a pre-validated business opportunity and create a solution for it. If we come up with a validated business model that we mutually are excited about, we will provide €300,000 pre-seed capital for YOUR company
- As Co-Founder you are then part of the founding team and you will be responsible for shaping the future of the company
- You will build the company from scratch: Set up all operations, hire and lead a kick-ass team, and develop the business activities. Everything that needs to be done to win the market
- As part of the founder team you are fully responsible for the business and hold most of the venture’s equity
- You own the brand, the product, team, strategy etc. - you want it, you build it, you run it
- 5+ years experience in leadership positions, within a fast paced start-ups and/or track record of starting and building companies, regardless of it's success
You have deep experience in digital product development, especially with AI-driven applications, whether it is in a tech startup or an established tech company.
You bring a wide network and deep connections within the OEMs for consumer electronics & household goods and have the ability to persuade the top management of large OEMs
You are a bright mind with an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment, demonstrating a precise and pragmatics approach
You have super powers in thinking strategically and envision the future direction of a B2B SaaS product
You are engaged with trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning, particularly in their application to automate and optimize complex processes
You have a robust understanding of integrating AI-driven solutions to meet business needs, enhancing operational efficiencies
You understand the fundamentals of VC funding, with direct involvement in fundraising
Knowledge or experience in the logistics and/or repair industry is a plus, but not a must
You own the company We believe in offering a very competitive equity scheme (i.e. we strongly believe in 75%+ for Founders) to fuel the fire needed to get a new business off the ground
€300,000 pre-seed capital to get things off the ground and with the potential for substantially more in follow-up rounds
DB Schenker will provide domain expertise and the network to help you find first customers and to build important partnerships
Excellent and highly dynamic and energetic environment for building the next billion dollar company
