AUFGABEN MIT IMPACT Als Junior Manager Retail Projects verantwortest Du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Instore-Prozesse . im Bereich der Crosschannel-Services Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu den internationalen Abteilungen wie dem Bereich Global Omnichannel und treibst hier den Austausch sowie die stetige Weiterentwicklung im Sinne unserer DACH-Stores Hierfür analysierst Du interne Prozesse, holst operatives Feedback ein und definierst anhand dessen neue Potenziale In vielfältigen Teil-Projekten unterstützt Du bei der Konzeption, Koordination & organisatorischen Abwicklung – hauptsächlich mit dem Fokus Omnichannel Services Hierfür erstellst Du Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management sowie Handbücher und Unterlagen zur internen Kommunikation
DEINE SKILLS Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung Branchenkenntnisse: Verständnis für das Store-Business sowie Retail Prozesse Sehr gute Präsentationstechnik, Repräsentation und Verhandlungsgeschick Selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und selbstbewusstes Auftreten Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER) sind von Vorteil
