Requirements:


Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully completed projects.


Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Creativity:

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and generate innovative design concepts.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.


Team Player:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.


Adaptability:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in the conceptualization, design, and execution of various architectural projects. Your innovative ideas and attention to detail will contribute to the creation of aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable structures.



Responsibilities:


Project Design and Development:

  • Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise to create visually appealing and functional architectural designs.


Technical Expertise:

  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and architectural documentation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and construction techniques to ensure cutting-edge designs.


Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.


Client Interaction:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their vision.
  • Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final designs.


Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Resolve any design-related issues during the construction phase.
