Du begleitest Transaktionsprozesse von der Anbahnung bis zur Umsetzung und Integration. In unserem Team nimmst du über die steuerliche Strukturierung der Akquisition oder Veräußerung maßgeblichen Einfluss auf den Erfolg der Transaktion. Du analysierst Unternehmensgruppen hinsichtlich ihrer steuerlichen Risiken in Tax Due Diligence Projekten und berätst die steuerlichen Klauseln in Unternehmenskaufverträgen ( SPA Review ). Bei erfolgreicher Transaktion stellst du im Rahmen der Post Deal Integration sicher, dass eine steuerlich optimale Gruppenstruktur gefunden wird.
Als Steuerberater in unserem Transaktionsbereich bringst du deine  Expertise für steuerliche Gestaltungsberatung ein. Du bist Ansprechpartner für gruppeninterne Umstrukturierungen und Umwandlungen , die Erarbeitung von steuerlichen Gestaltungskonzepten und die laufende Steuerberatung .
Freue dich außerdem auf die Herausforderung, die Verantwortung in der Führung und Anleitung von Consultants zu übernehmen und unser M&A Tax Team gemeinsam auszubauen.

Du hast dein  Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen und schon Einblicke in die steuerliche Transaktionsberatung bekommen? Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des nationalen und internationalen Steuerrechts ?
