DIES SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:- Konsolidierung der Entscheidungselemente für Change Gates unter Berücksichtigung funktions- und länderübergreifender Anforderungen
- Rolle als Product Change Leader/Configuration Management Operational Manager oder Configuration Management Industrial Integrator im ICC-ACP (Aircraft Change Process)
- Sicherstellung der Implementierung von Änderungen
- Verständnis der industriellen Machbarkeit und Planung, insbesondere Anforderungen der Endmontagelinie
- Selbstständige Organisation und Leitung von Meetings
- Sicherstellen des technischen Mod-Abschlusses gemäß Programmplan
- Festlegung und Überwachung des Zeitplans für Modifikationen im Decision Board, Anpassung des Clusters bis zum Abschluss
- Verständnis des Airbus-Attestierungsprozesses im Konfigurationsmanagement
- Durchführung einer Lückenanalyse (Delta1)
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder der Luft- und Raumfahrt.
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement und Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt und/oder im Flugzeugbau
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und ICC
- Gute Kenntnisse im Projekt-, Risk- und/oder Change Management
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse
