Aufgaben

Contact person for our customers – on the phone, by email or chat

• Advice on all customer concerns, e.g. orders, customized oFers or questions about

technical details

• Maintaining customer relationships and developing measures to acquire new customers

• Telephone follow-up

Qualifikation

Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in a sales-related subject area

• An independent, structured and committed way of working

• Interest in and an initial understanding of digital sales processes

• Initial familiarity with CRM systems
