Flutter Engineer

Note: We are only looking for people residing in Germany and do not require visa sponsorship.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Work with a modern front-end stack (Flutter, BLoC/Provider, REST APIs, Hive) to deliver useful, exciting features to users weekly.
- Tackle a mix of known features, prototypes for idea validation, and exploratory projects.
- As part of a small team, you'll need to understand user needs and make informed decisions that best serve those needs.
- Balance short-term feature delivery with the creation of scalable and maintainable systems.
- Own your features in production, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, and easy to manage.
- Be a key advocate for maintaining high standards in user experience, balancing rapid feature development with quality.
- Engage in discussions around UX, system design, and architecture.
Requirements:
- You thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and have relevant experience.
- Willing to make design decisions based on business needs and scalability.
- Use object data storage over relational databases.
- Experience in state management in Flutter, and how do popular solutions like Provider, Bloc, and Riverpod compare.
- Familiarity with Flutter's build modes (debug, profile, release)
