Ihr Stellenprofil:

  • Sie sind für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Social-Media-Strategie, insbesondere via LinkedIn sowie für die operative Betreuung des Corporate LinkedIn-Auftritts zuständig.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung von Content-Plänen und Posts und die Mitgestaltung des Redaktionsplans der Außenkommunikation.
  • Sie arbeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung der crossmedialen Außenkommunikation mit und stehen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Redaktion der weiteren Social-Media-Kanäle.
  • Sie beobachten und verfolgen Trends der Social-Media-Welt und bringen neue Ideen in unsere Content-Strategie ein.
  • Die redaktionelle Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Corporate Website sowie die Steuerung von SEO-Maßnahmen, Websiteanalyse und zielgruppenorientiertes SEA fallen in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
  • Sie planen und leiten (Teil-) Projekte; auch in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und sind für die Redaktion, Produktion und Publikation von Beiträgen für die externe Kommunikation zuständig.
  • Sie pflegen Kontakte zu Medienvertretern (m/w/d) und verfassen mitverantwortlich Presse- und Adhoc-Mitteilungen.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium aus dem Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Kommunikationswissenschaften oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung, ein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und hohe Social-Media-Affinität bringen Sie mit.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus.
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kreativität und Eigeninitiative.
  • Teamfähigkeit, gutes Zeitmanagement und Spaß an der Arbeit mit der Sprache runden Ihr Profil ab.
