Job Description
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is managing the commercial/business relationships with European automotive customers.
This includes pricing & quoting, commercial negotiations, forecasting & planning, contract management, product development support, marketing support and customer relationship management.In this role, you work as part of a cross-functional, local and international team to identify, pursue, and win new business development opportunities as well as secure existing businesses and support customer change requests.Together with the team you develop, present and execute an account strategy that brings profitable and sustaining growth.As part of the team you act as the voice of the customer within the organization and represent the interests of Bose at the customer.You build strong and lasting relationships with key player in various departments across the customer account.Required Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or engineering,3+ years experience in account management, business development or product planning in a complex B2B sales environment, preferably in the automotive industryExperience with German OEMs desirableAbility to develop strong relationships, both internally and externallyExperience in selling high-tech products, hardware and softwareResult oriented and structured individual that enjoys working in a motivated teamStrengths include excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem solving and strategic thinkingAffinity for technologyWillingness to travelFluent English and German language skills.Our goal is to create an atmosphere where every candidate feels supported and empowered in the interviewing process.
