Wir sind Spezialist:innen für Ticketing, Marketing, Softwareentwicklung, E-Commerce, CRM und Social Media, mit einem herausragenden Netzwerk in der Entertainment-Branche. Wir entwickeln permanent unsere Softwareprodukte weiter und verwirklichen neue Ideen, um unser Ziel und das der Veranstaltenden umzusetzen: Mehr Tickets mit weniger Aufwand verkaufen.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben

In einem crossfunktionalen Entwicklungsteam arbeitest Du an der Weiterentwicklung unserer umfangreichen Ticketing-Software und trägst dadurch direkt zum Unternehmenserfolg bei. Neben der Feature-Entwicklung verbesserst Du auch die technische Basis und beteiligst Dich an der Transformation vom Monolithen zur Systemlandschaft. Technische Konzeption und Implementierung inklusive automatisierter Tests erwarten Dich täglich. Du lässt Deine Teamkollegen und Teamkolleginnen an Deiner umfassenden Erfahrung teilhaben und gemeinsam entwickelt Ihr Euch und Eure Entwicklungsprozesse weiter. People Lead und Architekten unterstützen Euch hierbei.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Neben mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung in der webbasierten Softwareentwicklung hast Du idealerweise einen Abschluss in Informatik. Reines Abarbeiten von Tickets ist Dir zu wenig – Du legst Wert auf gute und sichere Software, die allen Beteiligten Freude macht, und gehst dafür auch die Extrameile. Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit mindestens einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache, am besten in PHP. Praktisches Wissen im Symfony Framework ist ein großes Plus, genauso wie in MySQL, AWS und JavaScript/TypeScript mit React. Clean Code, automatisiertes Testing, statische Code-Analyse, die Nutzung von CI-/CD-Pipelines, professionelle Arbeit mit Issue Trackern und Git sind Dir wichtig. Du glänzt sowohl in der Analyse, als auch in der Konzeption, diskutierst gerne über den bestmöglichen Lösungsweg und setzt diesen sauber um. Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Deinen Teammitgliedern, mit anderen Entwicklungsteams und Stakeholdern. Auch interne Präsentationen sind für Dich ein Leichtes. Laufende Weiterbildung ist für Dich selbstverständlich. Mit Deinem Wissen kannst Du Impulse setzen und Lösungen jenseits des Tellerrandes bieten. Du arbeitest gerne in agilen Entwicklungsprozessen. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse.
