c-LEcta, part of Kerry Group, is a leading developer and supplier of biotechnological products for regulated markets and are we currently looking for a talented candidate (f/m/d) to support our Product Innovation team.

Our Product Innovation department focuses on innovation management for industrial biotechnology with an emphasis on pharmaceutical applications. True to the motto "the best of nature for the best of mankind", new products are identified and evaluated through systematic research coupled with creative thinking. We look at where the opportunities for innovation are, who the potential partners in industry might be, and how the project can be commercialized, thus paving the way from idea to product.

How you will create impact

• You will help us identify and develop new business opportunities.
• You will search for and evaluate market & scientific data to assess the potential of new product ideas for commercialization.
• You will monitor current market and technology trends.
• As a part of the Product Innovation team you will network our company with the pharmaceutical industry, e. g. by participating at international conferences & trade shows (less than 15 % travel required).
• You will prepare presentations of new business opportunities and project designs for our senior management and for potential cooperation partners in the industry. 
• You will take on tasks related to project coordination.

Your skills

• Academic degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a comparable education
• Ideally some experience in industrial biotechnology and a basic understanding how it contributes to the biopharmaceutical industry
• Optimistic and creative problem-solving attitude
• Analytical mind with a strong affinity for data
• Proactive, ambitious character who can operate both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Excellent English and basic German skills
