As HR/RD (Labor Policy & Compensation), we are the HR department for vehicle development at the Sindelfingen and Untertürkheim sites. The HR tasks are as exciting as the development of vehicles.

Your tasks in detail:

You will handle all individual employment law/disciplinary cases that arise, particularly in connection with breaches of rules and sickness-related issues You clarify the facts, conduct the necessary hearings/staff appraisals and implement the measures You are the point of contact and link between local HR colleagues and the relevant interfaces and employee representatives on fundamental labor law issues You advise managers on labor law issues and develop appropriate measures for implementation You are in close contact with the employment law department and external partners such as Südwestmetall Qualifikationen

Ideally, you should have these qualifications and skills:

Completed degree in law Completion of the first and second state law exams with above-average results, ideally with a specialization or initial experience in employment law Very good MS Office user skills Very good knowledge of English Efficient, independent, structured and solution-oriented working style Strong communication skills and above-average conflict resolution skills Ability to present special topics/complex issues in a way that is also understandable to legal laypersons Team player
