Job description:
Support as PM/PMO in a project to update information security concepts as part of the introduction of a new ISMS tool.


Service package A: Project planning and control
1. Planning, control and monitoring of activities to achieve the project objectives (costs, time and performance). In particular, the process model as well as the rough and detailed planning for creating the necessary security documentation for the three customer streams should be developed, controlled, monitored for potential escalation cases and reported to the stakeholders of the streams. The aim is to have the appropriate and necessary safety documentation available for the respective stream. This must fulfil the criteria of the underlying contracts (e.g. certifiability in accordance with ISO27001 based on IT baseline protection).
2. Analysing and further developing processes and process systems with a focus on managing the information security concept to be updated and the associated update planning as part of the IT security management business process
3. Creation and maintenance of (project) plans, schedules, task lists and milestones.


Service package B: Documents and document management
1. Creation and updating of (project) documents. Examples include project definition reports, minutes for steering committees, fact sheets and stakeholder or environment analyses.
2. Quality assurance of the content and form of (project) documents such as concepts, documentation and presentations with regard to suitable preparation for the relevant stakeholders. Examples include concrete decision templates in the form of appropriate PowerPoint presentations.
3. Creation of project management documents in accordance with internal requirements and process descriptions specifically in the context of information security management (here: creation and management of information security concepts).



Qualification requirements:

1. Language skills: German: Level C1 and English Level B1 - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR

2. Certification in IT service management: ITIL Foundation Certificate

3. Certification in plan-orientated project management: IPMA Certificate Level D and Prince2 Practitioner

4. Certification in agile project management: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)


Experience requirements:
1. Experience in the use of complex process systems to manage projects. A process system is considered complex if it contains at least 10 different roles distributed over at least 50 process participants. (at least 3 years)
2. Experience in communicating with a large number of stakeholders (>100). (at least 5 years)
3. Coordination of the planning and implementation of projects (milestones, deadlines, dependencies) (min. 5 years)
4. Implementation of project governance (set of rules, management, control) (at least 3 years)
5. Identifying and coordinating dependencies, changes and risks in internal/overarching/external programme and project planning (at least 3 years)
6. Implement quality assurance measures (at least 3 years)
7. Create, monitor and update the implementation plan (min. 3 years)
8. Experience in data protection and information security (at least 3 years)
9. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS-Office: Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Project, Outlook) (at least 3 years)
10. Experience in process modelling using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) (at least 3 years)
