Dienstleister-Management: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Dienstleister*innen und Partner*innen in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Adressqualität, Auskunftei und weitere Datenlieferanten. Planen und Umsetzen von Projekten zur Optimierung von Umsatz, Kosten, und Qualität für die gesamte PAIR Finance Gruppe Mitwirkung bei der Internationalisierung von PAIR Finance: Optimierung lokaler Kommunikationsprozesse in den Regionen DACH, Benelux, und Nordics Verfolgung der neuesten Trends, Produkte und innovativen Ideen mit dem Ziel der Implementierung in die PAIR Finance Gruppe - in Zusammenarbeit mit Product, und Data Science Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Prozesse innerhalb deines Verantwortungsbereichs durch klar definierte KPIs und mitgestaltete BI-Systeme mit dem Ziel der kontinuierlichen QualitätsverbesserungBeispiele für Projekte, die in deinem Verantwortungsbereich liegen könnten: Koordinierung von Produkttests mit Dienstleister*innen zur Datenanreicherung von neuen Merkmalen für die Optimierung unserer Kommunikation mit den Verbraucher*innen Weiterentwicklung von Monitoringsystemen zur qualitativen und quantitativen Messung unserer Post- und Kommunikationsprozesse Benchmarking unserer aktuellen ggü. potenziell neuen Dienstleister*innen Launch und Optimierung von lokalen Kommunikationsprozessen in unseren neuen Märkten (zB Schweden, Niederlande, Schweiz)
Was du dafür mitbringen solltest:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL o.ä 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement/ der Prozessoptimierung in einem dynamischen Unternehmen, idealerweise im Start-Up / Scale-Up Bereich Eine abgeschlossene Qualitätsmanagement-Zertifizierung wie bspw. Six Sigma, oder Lean ist ein Plus Erfahrung mit BI-Systemen wie AWS CloudWatch, PowerBI, Grafana ist ein Plus Sicherer Umgang im Kontakt mit unseren Dienstleistern. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Verhandlung mit Dienstleistern. Erfahrung im Umgang mit in- und externen Stakeholdern Solide Anwendungskenntnisse von technischen Tools (zB API-Schnittstellen, SFTP, Jira) sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analysen und Reports Ausgezeichnete Deutsch (C1+) - sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+) werden vorausgesetzt, Sprachkenntnisse einer weiteren europäischen Sprache sind von Vorteil Alle Mitarbeiter*innen bei PAIR Finance verkörpern Kundenzentrierung, Transparenz und Integrität.
