This role offers you
As part of an interdisciplinary team of architects, advisors & engineers you will work alongside other experts.Lead the design of mechanical systems (Cooling, HVAC, PH, Fire Fighting, Diesel supply systems) on medium to large-scale Mission Critical projects through all design stages from Concept to Construction Supervision and Hand-OverLead the preparation and review of design deliverablesLead projects and work closely with our data center clients to deliver quality work to meet their specific needsPresent technical content for review by technical and non-technical audiences. Have a good grasp over trends and standard methodologies in the industryCoordinate with other internal and external project stakeholders including other disciplines, authorities, public service providers and international clientsConnect solutions/ideas to bigger picture project and client goalsDeliver timely feedback and recognition to othersMentor and supervise junior staff and collaborate with skillful multi-disciplinary teams maximizing our experience at the local, regional, and global levelYour ideal profile

University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent8 or more years of experience designing mission critical mechanical systems for industrial facilities, experience with Data Centers is a plusAbility to manage project deliverables and budgets while effectively prioritizing your tasksKnowledge in relevant German codes and Industry standardsDesign of different cooling solutionsFamiliar with EEFG requirements, PUE/ WUE calculationsExperienced with Technical Due Diligence projectsUnderstanding of Tier Levels (UI, TUEV IT) and SPOF AnalysisExperience with 3D BIM software - Revit MEP Fluent in English and ideally GermanStrong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working Passion for quality, sustainability, and innovationOur benefits
