Das erwartet Dich:

Als Product Portfolio Manager (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für das strategische Manage­ment eines Produktportfolios mit dem Ziel der wirtschaftlich optimalen Positionierung der Produkte und Weiterent­wicklung des Portfolios:

  • Du koordinierst konzernweit das Portfolio „Operations Control“ und entwickelst dieses gemeinsam mit den Stakeholdern weiter.  
  • Zur Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios kennst Du relevante Technologien ebenso wie potenzielle Zukunftsmärkte und initiierst auf dieser Basis neue, innovative Produktideen.
  • Die fachliche Führung der Product Manager wird von Dir übernommen und auch bei deren Einarbeitung unterstützt Du.
  • Du arbeitest Business Cases aus und überwachst die Product Performance anhand geeigneter KPIs.
  • Zudem repräsentierst Du die Produkte bei Messen und Fachveranstaltungen.
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in Verkehrs­wirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschafts­wissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Durch Deine einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Product Manager (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleich­baren Tätigkeit fällt Dir die Anwendung anerkannter Management-Methoden leicht.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für nachhaltige Mobilität und kennst idealerweise die Herausforde­rungen des öffentlichen Personen­nahverkehrs.
  • Deine überzeugenden kommunikativen Fähig­keiten werden durch ein hohes Maß an Empathie abgerundet.
  • Durch Deine Abstraktions­fähigkeit, Deine struktu­rierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes unterneh­merisches Denken weißt Du stets, was wichtig ist und behältst den Überblick.
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch-  und Englisch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und reist gerne gelegentlich ins In- und Ausland.
