You can look forward to

After in-depth onboarding, you will service a reinsurance treaty portfolio comprised of our clients, namely primary insurance companies from Italy.

Analysing reinsurance inquiries from our customers, including risk assessment  Calculating premiums and supporting the entire process through to the decision stage  Compiling, checking and modifying treaty documents as well as final treaty administration  Monitoring primary insurance and reinsurance markets in the supported region  Cultivating and building viable customer relationships  Balance sheet, solvency and KPI analyses for the development of customer-specific reinsurance solutions 

You come equipped with

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a quantitative orientation (economics, mathematics or business administration) Initial experience in the (re)insurance or financial sector, gained for example through internships, is an asset  Proficient user skills in English (level C1), independent user skills in German and Italian (level B2) Willingness to go on occasional business trips, roughly three or four times a year, in connection with customer visits and market events  Persuasive communication skills as well as an assured and service-centred approach to internal and external customers  International mindset and the willingness to travel to Italy three or four times a year
