For our client in the telecommunications sector, we are looking for an Analyst (m/f/d) who keeps an eye on time, costs, quality and service.

Home office possible after successful familiarization; compulsory attendance every 2 weeks
Working hours: 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. (weekends 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
1 weekend per month (compensation days in the previous and following week)

Your tasks

Effective & independent processing of work processes within the defined area of responsibility with special consideration of time, cost, quality and service aspects Reduction/detection of bad debts at an early stage in the TC area in order to avert damage and losses and to secure the location and market position, as well as minimizing complaints through dedicated, sustainable and transparent measures Achieving optimum customer service with a view to the company's goals Receipt and timely processing of all work processes within the defined area of responsibility within the specified framework conditions (competence, quality, end-to-end processing, solution by call) Contacting customers, specialist departments & third parties (e.g. authorities, lawyers, courts, etc.) via the specified channels Making goodwill decisions according to the currently valid goodwill framework in compliance with the processes and Sox specifications Cooperation with technical contact person, senior agent or specialist (if available) as well as with all relevant specialist departments Independent recognition of fraud scenarios, as well as analysis & evaluation of call data and initiation of appropriate measures (e.g. sanctions) Avoidance of bad debt (debts)
