Ihre Rolle
Als Manager Project Management Office und Nachhaltigkeit (m/w/d) sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für die Geschäftsführung sowie Führungskräfte und beraten diese bei der Steuerung des Projektportfolios der Business Unit.
Dabei übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ausgewählte Projekte über die verschiedenen Projektphasen hinweg und unterstützen die Projektleiter sowie Entscheider sowohl strategisch als auch operativ. Sie stellen ein stets aktuelles und aussagekräftiges Multiprojektmanagementreporting sicher und entwickeln dieses kontinuierlich weiter. Zudem überwachen und steuern Sie die laufenden Projektaktivitäten und Risiken tagesaktuell und managen Abhängigkeiten gemäß Priorisierung, um einen möglichst reibungslosen Ablauf und die termingerechte Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zu gewährleisten. Sie entwickeln bestehende Projektmanagementprozesse, -tools und- methoden weiter und sind verantwortlich für das Coaching und die Weiterentwicklung von internen Projektleitern sowie für die Verankerung von Projektmanagement Know-How im Unternehmen. Die Entwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie mit der Geschäftsleitung, der unternehmensinternen Group Safety Health and Environment sowie externen Partnern gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Sie definieren und überwachen Nachhaltigkeitsstandards sowie die Durchführung interner Audits und begleiten die Klimastrategie auf dem Weg zur Reduzierung von CO2. Das Agieren als fachlicher Ansprechpartner, Berater und Kommunikator zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit rundet Ihr Profil ab.Ihr Profil
Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder vergleichbares Master/Diplomstudium und bringen Berufserfahrung im Projekt-/Programmmanagement in einer vergleichbaren PMO-Stelle mit. Idealerweise haben Sie eine anerkannte Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z.B. IPMA, PMI oder Prince2) und sehr gute Organisations- und Prozess-Kenntnisse sowie erste Berührungspunkte und ein ausgeprägtes Interesse für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit. Sie verfügen über eine hohe Expertise im Aufbereiten und Strukturieren von komplexen Inhalten und sind gleichwohl praxis- und lösungsorientiert im Handeln. Als „interner Dienstleister“ und Coach gehen Sie in dieser Rolle auf, entwickeln Motivation und Tatendrang daraus, andere bei ihrer Arbeit zu unterstützen und zu beraten. Branchenkenntnisse im FMCG Bereich oder in mittelständischen (Produktions-)unternehmen sind von Vorteil. Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse und ein PKW Führerschein runden Ihr Profil ab.Was wir Ihnen bieten
