Die Jochen Schweizer Arena, unser Markenhaus, spiegelt unsere Dynamik wider - als liegender Propeller mit 3 Rotorblättern ein architektonisches Meisterwerk aus der Vogelperspektive betrachtet. Jedes Rotorblatt bietet ein einzigartiges Erlebnis, das von einem schwebenden Gefühl des Fliegens, über perfekte Wellen zum Surfen bis hin zu beeindruckenden Veranstaltungsräumlichkeiten für Firmenveranstaltungen von bis zu 300 Personen reicht. Die Zentralachse verbindet das innovative Konzept der Jochen Schweizer Arena und bildet mit einem außergewöhnlichen Restaurant das Herzstück.

Was suchen wir:
Wir suchen einen Assistant Manager (m|w|d), der unsere drei wesentlichen Elemente - Event Location, touristische Destination und Gastronomie - mit Leidenschaft und Engagement repräsentieren kann.
Durchbreche mit uns die Grenzen des Möglichen und schaffe unvergessliche Momente für unsere Kunden.

Auf diese Aufgaben darfst du dich freuen

  • Betreuung, Einweisung und Coaching der Kunden, auch für Surfkurse
  • Teilnahme und Umsetzung von Surfshows für Veranstaltungen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Wasseraufbereitung für den Surfpool 
  • Reinigung der Surfanlage
  • Tägliche Kontrollgänge (Technik, Surfbecken, Wasseraufbereitung, Surfequipment, …)
  • Instandhaltung des Surfequipments (Boards, Neoprenanzüge, Helme)
  • Du bist verantwortlich für das Tagesgeschäft und unterstützt die Leitung der Welle und die Geschäftsführung im Bereichen des Surfens
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Welle & für deren täglichen Betrieb, erstellst Dienstpläne & koordinierst dich mit deinem Team von Instructoren und Desk Mitarbeitern
  • Du koordinierst und unterstützt Veranstaltungen und Firmenevents
  • Du übernimmst die Aufgaben des Managers in dessen Abwesenheit
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Manager zusammen, um neue Einnahmequellen zu erschließen und den Betrieb zu optimieren.

  • Du bist Sportler aus Leidenschaft und bringst ein Interesse für den Wassersport mit
  • Du bist eine offene und freundliche Persönlichkeit und hast keine Scheu auf Menschen zuzugehen
  • Dein Arbeitsstil zeichnet sich durch deine Sorgfältigkeit und Kreativität aus
  • Du krempelst die Ärmel hoch und packst mit an wo deine Hilfe benötigt wird
  • Um Kunden aus aller Welt für unsere Arena zu begeistern, sprichst du idealerweise auch Englisch
  • Du bist bereit in Schichten sowie am Wochenende und an Feiertagen zu arbeiten
  • Du bist etwas technikaffin und arbeitest dich in die Technik der Welle ein
