Deine Hauptaufgaben:
  • Aktive Identifizierung und Ansprache von potenziellen Kandidaten (Ärzte) über verschiedene Plattformen.
  • Gestaltung und Implementierung zielführender Strategien zur Gewinnung qualifizierter Talente.
  • Leitung von Interviews und Auswahlprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen.
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Rekrutierungsmethoden zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Kandidaten.
Dein Profil:
  • Erfahrung im Active Sourcing und/ oder Recruiting sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung - am liebsten im medizinischen Bereich oder ärztlichen Dienst.
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und überzeugende Fähigkeiten, sowie ein professionelles Auftreten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent.
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Kenntnisse in L1, Landwehr (Zvoove) sind von Vorteil.
