SimScale ist eine Ingenieur-Simulationsplattform, die die Art und Weise revolutioniert, wie Ingenieure, Designer, Wissenschaftler und Architekten Produkte entwerfen. Die SimScale-Plattform ist vollständig über einen Webbrowser zugänglich und verfügt über eine benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche, die zahlreiche Simulationstypen unterstützt, darunter Strukturmechanik, Strömungsmechanik und Thermodynamik.
Durch die Nutzung der Cloud für Simulationen beseitigt SimScale die Hindernisse, die bei herkömmlichen Simulationstools auftreten: hohe Installationskosten, Lizenzgebühren, Bereitstellung von Hochleistungsrechner-Hardware, obligatorische Updates und Wartung. Benutzer haben immer die neueste Version von SimScale.
Deine Aufgaben
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Customer Success Team zusammen, um SimScale-Benutzer zu unterstützen, die CFD- und FEA-Projekte durchführen. Lerne Vor- und Nachbearbeitungs-Simulationstechniken kennen, während du an Benutzeprojekten arbeitest, die vom Pumpen Design, externer Aerodynamik, Drohnen Simulation, Turbomaschinen, Wärmeübertragung, Elektronikkühlung bis hin zu Strukturmechanik (Spannung/Dehnung, Biegen, Frequenzanalyse) reichen. Du bietest technischen Support sowohl für bestehende SimScale-Benutzer als auch für potenzielle neue Kunden an. Du wirst kuratierte Bilder, Animationen und audiovisuelles Material für die Verwendung auf der SimScale-Website und zu Schulungszwecken entwerfen und arbeitest direkt mit dem Produkt-Entwicklungsteam zusammen, indem du Kundenfeedback übermittelst und dokumentierst. Du kommunizierst täglich mit verschiedenen internen Teams, einschließlich Engineering, Produkt und Customer Success, um Simulationen zu debuggen und Support-Projekte zu koordinieren.
Was wir von dir erwarten
Einen Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher in Ingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf CFD oder FEA Berufserfahrung in einem CAD/CAE-basierten Ingenieur Softwareunternehmen bevorzugt (Anwendung Ingenieurwesen, technischer Vertrieb/Kundenbetreuung, Simulation Support oder ähnliche kundenorientierte Rolle) Vertrautheit mit Ingenieur Software und/oder SaaS-Lösungen Du magst es, spannende und ansprechende Gespräche sowie Präsentationen zu führen und bewahrst auch in schwierigen Kundengesprächen eine ruhige Art Die Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten fällt dir leicht, vor allem wenn es darum geht, mehrere interne/externe Prioritäten in verschiedenen Phasen zu verwalten Du bist ein Teamplayer, der gerne von anderen lernt und gleichzeitig bewährte Verfahren proaktiv mit anderen teilt Du lebst in einer mitteleuropäischen Standardzeitzone Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1+) und Englisch (C1+)Was wir dir bieten
