Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

What you will be doing

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

support the Supply Chain Organization with supplier assessments, development, and uphold manufacturing approvals and quality assurance, apply manufacturing process controls and be accountable for ensuring their effectiveness, identify and develop improved manufacturing processes, digital systems, and technologies to meet evolving requirements while fostering external partnerships, maintain full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards, upholding our Zero Harm commitment, foster a culture of zero defects, collaborate across functions to mitigate risks, and drive the Right First Time philosophy, guarantee that manufacturing processes fulfill design intent (DfM - Design for Manufacturing) and ensure that both our products and those of our suppliers meet their specifications.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

be a professionally qualified engineer with a university or equivalent degree in manufacturing, and have experience in aerospace manufacturing and its regulatory requirements, with a preference for those familiar with new product introduction (NPI), have a strong knowledge of process control and problem-solving tools such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEAs, control and inspection plans, statistical process control, and 8D reports, demonstrate a proven ability to deliver results and drive innovative changes, along with expertise in non-conformance management, possess excellent interpersonal and team building skills, with the ability to forge robust working relationships within the organization and a global mindset open to diverse challenges and cultures, be fluent in English, with the capability to discuss complex technical matters and establish relationships with external partners
