Ihre Aufgaben
Sie übernehmen federführend die Verantwortung für Entwicklungsprojekte unseres Seed Laser bis zur Einführung in die Produktion und Auslieferung an unsere Kunden
Federführend übernehmen Sie die konzeptionelle Planung von Laborversuchen, leiten unsere Versuchsmitarbeiter an und treiben somit gemeinsam technische Innovationen voran
Unter Einsatz Ihres ausgeprägten Expertenwissens im Bereich der Lasertechnik / Laserentwicklung, gerne im Gebiet der CO2-Laser, leiten Sie experimentelle Versuche an, um unsere Spezifikationen zu validieren und potenzielle Verbesserungen zu identifizieren
Mittels Ihres fokussierten Einsatzes von Projektmanagement-Tools behalten Sie stets den Überblick entlang des Entwicklungsprozesses und kommunizieren souverän in den cross-funktionalen Teams
Was wir suchen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Promotion im Bereich Physik, Elektrotechnik, Physikalische Technik , Maschinenbau, idealerweise mit zusätzlicher Ausbildung im Bereich Werkzeugbau oder Industriemechanik
Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lasertechnik und Laserentwicklung sowie fundierten Kenntnissen in Matlab, gerne in Kombination mit Projektmanagement
Ihre proaktive, leistungsbereite und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus – Sie übernehmen Verantwortung und bringen internationale Projekte erfolgreich zum Abschluss
Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, um einen transparenten Austausch in Ihrem internationalen Team zu gewährleisten
