Wir, die Madaus GmbH (a Viatris Company) in Troisdorf (Nähe Köln/Bonn) stellen mit über 400 Mitarbeitenden Arzneimittel sowie Phytopharmaka in unterschiedlichsten Darreichungsformen sowohl für den deutschen als auch internationalen Markt her. Für unseren traditionsreichen, stetig wachsenden Produktionsstandort suchen wir auf Vollzeitbasis innerhalb unserer Qualitätsmanagement Abteilung eine/n:

Quality Specialist (m/w/d) Qualification & Validation

(befristet auf 2 Jahre)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Unterstützung des Fachbereiches Qualitätsmanagement bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung eines Automatisierungskonzeptes für Laborsysteme (Projekt: Laboratory Automation)

Erfassung und Bewertung von Systemen in Bezug auf die Anbindung an LIMS (Paperless Laboratory)

Erstellung von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsdokumenten für Systeme im analytischen Umfeld (z.B. Photometer, Waagen, Titratoren)

Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Qualifizierungen und Validierungen computerisierter Systeme

Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Anpassung und Erstellung von relevanten Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie Schulung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Bezug auf Validierungs- und Qualifizierungsanforderungen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Chemielaborant (m/w/d), Chemietechniker (m/w/d), PTA (m/w/d))

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines pharmazeutischen Unternehmens, vorzugsweise auf dem Gebiet Chromatographie (z.B. HPLC, GC/HS)

Sehr gute Chromatographie-Software (Empower) und LIMS (Labware) Kenntnisse erforderlich

Vertrautheit mit den pharmazeutischen Regularien im GMP-Umfeld

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamorientierung und Belastbarkeit

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Überzeugungskraft
