Recently opened in Braintree, Scutari Italian Restaurant is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Managers to help lead and grow this new location to success.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving profitability. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for food, people, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant team.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from opening to closing.Oversee staffing, scheduling, and training to maintain high standards. Guest Experience: Uphold and enhance the quality of service and dining experiences.Address customer inquiries and feedback in a prompt and professional manner. Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing profitability.Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulatory compliance.Uphold the highest standards for food and beverage quality. Communication: Foster clear communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams.Collaborate with management and support teams to implement company policies.
