Kommen wir zum wichtigen Teil: Wir suchen eine/n Field Sales Representative/in in Berlin, die oder der Lust hat, durch unsere Software-Lösung Restaurants aller Art an die Spitze zu bringen und ihnen so Zugang zu neuen Gästen zu verschaffen. Die Position ist Teil eines tollen Sales Teams, das auf den DACH-Raum verteilt und dem Sales Manager unterstellt ist.

Was du machen wirst:
Identifizierung von möglichen Restaurantpartnern in Berlin, sowie die aktive Ansprache der potentiellen Restauranteigentümer:innen Proaktive Akquise, Organisation und Durchführung von Gesprächen mit potentiellen Partner:innen vor Ort und/oder online bzw. am Telefon Analyse von Restaurants und der Aufbau von langfristigen Beziehungen Entwicklung und Umsetzung von adäquaten Verkaufsstrategien für deine Region Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten DACH Sales Team und weiteren internen Stakeholdern Marktanalyse, sowie Reporting an das ManagementWas wir von dir erwarten:
Du hast eine herausragende Affinität zu Restaurants und der Branche in deiner Stadt - idealerweise hast du bereits spezifische Kenntnisse in der Gastronomie- und/oder Hotellerie Szene an deinem Einsatzort Idealerweise haben Sie 1 bis 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit kurzen und effektiven Verkaufszyklen Du hast ein Gespür für Digitales, Erfahrungen mit Salesforce erleichtern dir den Einstieg in unser CRM-System Du hast ein Händchen für Kommunikation und überzeugst mit Leidenschaft Du bringst eine Hands-On Mentalität an den Tag und bist ein richtiger Teamplayer Um unser gemeinsames Ziel zu erreichen, denkst du gerne Out Of The Box und setzt deine Ideen auf unkonventionelle Weise in die Tat um Unsere Restaurants sprechen großteils Deutsch, unsere interne Kommunikation findet primär auf Englisch statt - daher solltest du Deutsch auf Muttersprachenlevel und Englisch fließend beherrschenWas wir dir bieten:
