Tax and Accounting Supervisor is a key member of the Accounting team able to support Chief Accountant in majority of daily operations with primary focus on statutory and local tax accounting.Key responsibilities:
Key member of the Accounting team able to support Chief Accountant in majority of daily operations with primary focus on statutory and local tax accounting Assistance in the development and implementation of business initiatives and procedures related to financial management, accounting, and/or payroll Responsible for accurate and on time handling of activities regarding to the company – monthly and annual closing (financial statements preparation, CIT, VAT, tax calculation for social benefits, annual notifications to the Artists' Social Insurance Fund) Responsible for timely and accurate tax, statistical office and national bank reporting Preparation of annual financial statements according to German GAAP Preparation and submission of electronic tax balance sheet according to German IRS regulation and publication of commercial balance sheet in Federal Gazette Coordination and support of the audits Monitoring and interpretation of legislative and regulatory requirements where necessary and ensuring any resulting amendments to processes or procedures are implemented Maintenance of existing accounting controls Preparation of transfer pricing documentation with a support of external tax advisorWhat we offer:
