Ab sofort suchen wir eine Leitung Supply Chain Management (w/m/d) in Vollzeit am Standort Lahr. 

Auf Sie warten folgende spannende und abwechslungsreiche

Aufgaben:

Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Bereiches Supply Chain im Werk Lahr mit Fertigungsplanung, -steuerung, Materialdisposition, -beschaffung und der innerbetrieblichen Logistik mit Werkslager, Wareneingang und Versand Planen, Steuern und Optimieren der gesamten Werks-Supply-Chain Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit von Fertigware gemäß Kundenaufträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit Zentralplanung und Vertrieb Planen und Steuern der Produktion unter Berücksichtigung des Demand Forecasts, der Kundenaufträge, Fertigungskapazitäten, Materialverfügbarkeit und optimierten Beständen Planung und Controlling mit KPIs wie Produktions-Output, Warenverfügbarkeit, OTIF, Backlog, Lagerbestand u. a. Abstimmung werksintern und werksübergreifend im LIXIL Verbund und mit Lieferanten Kontinuierliche Entwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden und Mitarbeiter*innen

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit entsprechender Vertiefung oder Weiterbildung als Techniker mit mehrjähriger fachspezifischer Berufserfahrung. Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain in einem Unternehmen mit Serienfertigung und hoher Wertschöpfungstiefe Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP MM/ PP, sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office (v. a. Excel, Access) und dem Auswerten von Daten Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Analytische Fähigkeiten mit hoher Zahlenaffinität, eine Hands-on-Mentalität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen runden Ihr Profil ab
