Introduction: 

ITBM is seeking qualified Unarmed Security Guards to provide facility security services at a confidential site in Kaiserslautern on behalf of its client. This position requires strong experience in security services and adherence to U.S. government security standards. 

Location: Panzer Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany 

Position Type: Full-time 

Position Summary 

The Unarmed Security Guard (USG) is responsible for ensuring the security and protection of personnel and facilities at the designated site. This role requires coordination with team members and government representatives to maintain a safe and secure environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide unarmed security services, ensuring compliance with site security protocols and procedures. 
  

• Monitor and control access points, conduct security checks, and respond to potential security incidents as needed. 
  

• Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and personnel to ensure security protocols are followed. 
  

• Report and document security incidents, maintaining clear records as required. 
  
  

Qualifications: 

• Citizenship: U.S. citizen. 
  

• Security Clearance: Active DOD Secret Security Clearance with appropriate determination from the Central Adjudication Facility. 
  

Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past five years in one of the following areas: 

•  Facility or installation security for a U.S. government agency 
  

•  Federal, state, or local law enforcement 
  

•  Commercial security agency 
  

Skills and Abilities 

• Proficient in English with strong oral and written communication skills for clear interaction with clients, team members, and other personnel. 
  

• Knowledge of security protocols, access control, and incident response procedures. 
  

• Ability to follow established security procedures and respond effectively to security incidents.
